Welcome to Life Bingo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Life Bingo mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Loops Tech ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Life Bingo is a personal goal tracking application that allows users to:

• Create bingo boards with personal goals and experiences
• Track progress by marking squares as completed
• Add notes and reflections to completed goals
• Use pre-made templates for inspiration
• Optionally share boards with others via unique links

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on the Service, including board titles, goal descriptions, and completion notes ("User Content").

By creating User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure it:

• Does not violate any applicable laws
• Does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Does not contain harmful, abusive, or offensive material
• Does not include personal information of others without consent

6. Board Sharing

By enabling sharing, you understand that:

• Your board content, including titles, goals, and completion notes, will be visible to anyone with the link
• Your name will be displayed as the board owner
• Shared links can be forwarded or posted publicly by recipients
• You can disable sharing at any time, which will immediately revoke access

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Loops Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our templates are provided for personal use within the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them outside the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loops Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the European Union.
